Affordable Housing Trust approves grant letter as housing inventory expands

Cohasset Affordable Housing Trust unanimously approves grant application letter for housing production plan. Chair Ted Carr, Cindy Matheison, Rob Henry, and Gene Pesci voted in favor, with Select Board Representative Paul Grady absent. Town Planner Cassandra Thayer reported that 14 affordable units at 1 Pleasant Street have state approval and will count toward the town's Subsidized Housing Inventory once registered and vetted by the building department.
