Chair Ted Carr, Cindy Matheison, Rob Henry, and Gene Pesci voted in favor, with Select Board Representative Paul Grady absent. Town Planner Cassandra Thayer reported that 14 affordable units at 1 Pleasant Street have state approval and will count toward the town's Subsidized Housing Inventory once registered and vetted by the building department.
