Cohasset Capital Budget Committee advances three warrant articles with public safety focus. Chair Susan Franklin moved to approve a $900,000 roads and sidewalks stabilization fund transfer (5-0), a $150,000 design contract for Fire Department facility renovations at 44 Elm Street (5-0), and recommended the 135 King Street Public Safety Building proposal by 4-1 vote. Chrissie Francona cast the sole dissent.

The building will be solar-ready to help offset operational costs.
