Cohasset Affordable Housing Committee plans to update Housing Production Plan with state funding. Chair Paul Kierce led the committee in approving a strategy to pursue a Community One Stop for Growth grant worth up to $150,000 over two years to update the Housing Production Plan and advance 40R mixed-use zoning planning on land behind the Music Circus. Vice-Chair Mary Hynes volunteered to research building permit data to project future affordable housing needs as the town prepares for the 2030 census.
