The Alternative Energy Subcommittee released a request for proposals April 22, reaching approximately 1,500 potential bidders through LinkedIn promotion, with inquiry deadline May 4 and response date May 11. Chair Tanya Bodell led committee discussions establishing an evaluation panel chaired by Doran Hole, with Hole and Chris Oddleifson as voting members from the subcommittee.
