Cohasset Solar RFP Status Update Delayed By School District Review

Cohasset alternative energy subcommittee updates solar array proposal status. Chair Tanya Bodell reported the request for proposals for a solar energy array at Deerhill and Osgood Schools faces delays pending school district coordination. Assistant Town Planner Julia Gillis said project documents were submitted for legal review, but school district staffing changes have extended the timeline.
Gillis reported that obtaining National Grid energy data has been complicated by portal access issues; the town is working to establish credentials to make school accounts visible. Committee member Doran Hole is compiling a list of operating solar energy companies to contact.
