Cohasset Historic District Commission approves Town Hall window restoration plan. The Cohasset Common Historic District Commission voted unanimously to approve Marvin Ultimate Series aluminum-clad windows for replacement on the original Town Hall and Annex, matching existing design profiles while restoring Palladian windows and repairing siding. The scope also includes removal of air conditioner holes.

Commissioners voted 6-0 to approve the Marvin windows for both buildings while reserving further review of Matthews Brothers vinyl windows proposed for the Annex, which will be displayed at Hingham Lumber for member inspection.
