Cohasset Conservation Commission ratifies enforcement order against unauthorized Cohasset Yacht Club dock work. The Commission unanimously acted on unauthorized dock expansion at 99 Howard Gleason Road, requiring the Yacht Club to file corrective plans by May 5, 2026, for work within a jurisdictional wetland resource area. Conservation Agent Charlotte Pechtl found no observable salt marsh impacts but issued a cease-and-desist directive.
In other business, the Commission approved two Regulatory Determinations with conditions and variances, issued a stormwater Certificate of Compliance, and continued a wireless tower hearing to April 16.
