Cohasset Elder Affairs Board approves fiscal reports and hears facility updates. Treasurer Elaine Coyne reported that General Fund expenditures stood at 40 percent of fiscal year 2026 budget as of December 31, with an unrestricted gift fund balance of $36,818. The board heard updates on facility improvements including a cleaned and newly-maintained ice machine and newly-installed surveillance cameras.

Programming attendance has surged substantially above 2024 levels, highlighted by the Rusty Skippers Christmas Concert drawing over 100 attendees. Housing Liaison Taffy Nothnagle reported that 60 Elm Street now operates under a Housing Authority agreement with Scituate, maintaining Cohasset's housing list identity, with six new tenants occupying units and eight vacancies remaining.
