The Board unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and bills, then discussed a roughly $21,000 shortfall on the roughly $609,000 pavilion project, requesting detailed budget analysis before the next meeting to determine whether to draw from the Cohasset Library Trust endowment.
Nelson also reported that the town's FY27 budget proposal cuts $12,500 in funding for Sunday library hours; the Board deferred a decision to restore or accept the reduction, noting that current Sunday hours remain funded through Memorial Day.
