Library Trustees approve February bills, plan April renovation closure
Paul Pratt Memorial Library Trustees · Meeting of March 11, 2026
Cohasset Library Trustees unanimously approve February bills and green-light April 27 closure. The one-day shutdown will support installation of a new web-based OCLN software platform, deep cleaning, facilities work, and staff de-escalation training led by Cohasset Officer Gregory Lennon. Director Bronwyn Nelson reported strong patron response to the library's earlier morning hours and noted the new software will enable remote circulation at outreach events like the Farmers Market.
The library will reopen in limited capacity on April 28 and 29 for checkout and study room access, with children's programming continuing as scheduled.
