COHASSET — Planning Board endorses North Main Street subdivision with spelling fix required. The board unanimously approved an Approval Not Required subdivision dividing a parcel at 0 North Main Street into two buildable lots and one unbuildable parcel, each with adequate frontage on the public way, contingent on correcting a misspelling of "non-buildable" on the surveyor's certified plan before final execution. Vice Chair Clark Brewer and Member Amy Glasmeier questioned lot widths and utilities; Chair Kevin Heine and the board discussed launching formal 2026 planning goals aligned with neighboring towns' models, including economic development, flooding mitigation, and water supply coordination.
