The board unanimously approved an Approval Not Required subdivision dividing a parcel at 0 North Main Street into two buildable lots and one unbuildable parcel, each with adequate frontage on the public way, contingent on correcting a misspelling of "non-buildable" on the surveyor's certified plan before final execution.
