The Board approved the decarbonization grant to fund the HVAC system for the Town Hall renovation project, currently in design development phase with cost estimates expected by mid-August and construction documents targeted for November or December. The Board also formally set October 26, 2026, as the special town meeting date, approved a $1 million conservation restriction on Holly Hill Farm through the Community Preservation Committee, and scheduled a public forum in September to discuss cell tower location alternatives.
