COHASSET — Select Board approves public forum on harbor agreement over minority objection. The board voted 3-2 on February 5 to sponsor a public forum on the Harbor Intermunicipal Agreement. Chair Ellen Maher, Select Members Paul Grady and David Farrag voted aye; Select Members Chris Plecs and Julie Rollins voted nay.
Chair Maher conditioned the forum on guiderails that would structure discussion around harbor status and future direction.
