Sewer Commission approves $20,000 rate analysis study.

COHASSET — The Cohasset Sewer Commission unanimously approved a $20,000 rate analysis study to support potential wastewater rate increases at town meeting. Chair William McGowan, Vice Chair Paul Kierce, and Member James McNeil voted to accept and execute the study, which will inform the first rate adjustment review since 2021. The commission plans to place a placeholder in the warrant and will establish quarterly meetings with Finance Director Beth Mosely and town officials to coordinate debt service details for the 2027 budget's $2 million sewer upgrade line.
