Cohasset Sewer Commission approves Atlantic Avenue demolition and reconstruction project. Chair William McGowan, Vice Chair Paul Kierce, and Member James McNeil unanimously authorized demolition of an existing cottage and construction of a minimum two-bedroom home at 259 Atlantic Avenue, with grinder pump reconnection by FR Mahoney. The commission also unanimously approved sewer deferrals totaling $679.90 for 290 Oak Street ($177.82) and 25 Norfolk Road ($502.08).

McGowan moved unanimously to engage Dan Coughlin for a benefit cost analysis on flood-related WWTP losses; tank and grit screw installation is scheduled for late August or early September, with membranes potentially arriving by mid-July.
