COHASSET — The Affordable Housing Trust received an update on the town's subsidized housing inventory from Town Planner Cassandra Thayer. The addition of 1 Pleasant Street's 14 units brought the town's affordable housing inventory to 10.81 percent. Four properties are in the development pipeline: 132 Chief Justice Cushing Highway awaits Planning Board and Zoning Board presentations on affordability terms; 147 South Main Street is bank-owned after an auction winner withdrew, though the second-highest bidder may still purchase it; and 55 South Main Street is accelerating construction following environmental test completion.
