Trust pursues variance for 39 Mill Lane development

Cohasset Affordable Housing Trust pursues zoning variance to make 39 Mill Lane buildable. All five members voted unanimously to obtain engineering quotes and explore a variance, following Town Counsel's recommended modifications to the RFP language. Gene Pesci motioned, with Chair Ted Carr seconding the motion.
The Trust also unanimously supported an application for the Community One Stop for Growth Community Planning Grant Program, with a June deadline, to fund an update to the Housing Production Plan in conjunction with the Affordable Housing Steering Committee.
