COHASSET — Zoning Board of Appeals closes three special permit hearings and approves one dock project. The Board voted unanimously to close hearings for a residential dock at 54-60 Beach Street, a dwelling expansion at 76 Beach Street, and a pool-and-patio project at 159 Atlantic Avenue; it approved the 54-60 Beach Street dock application featuring a 29-foot pier, removable 30-foot ramp, and 10-by-20-foot float after editing decision language to replace "non-commercial" with "private." The Board also voted 6-0 to continue the 469 Jerusalem Road nonconforming-use appeal to April 6, and voted 6-0 to amend its site plan rules requiring applicants show any building within 50 feet of the lot line.
