COHASSET — Planning Board unanimously endorses 11,890-square-foot land swap between neighboring properties. Chair Clark Brewer, Member Amy Glasmeier, Associate Member Dana Eagles, and Clerk Birgit Schmidt-Wesche approved the Approval Not Required plan to merge properties owned by Paul Davis and Union Street Realty Trust, cleaning up an irregular lot line between 20 Scituate Hill and 231 Chief Justice Cushing Highway. The Board also continued a land alteration hearing for 159 Atlantic Avenue to September 2 and reviewed zoning amendments expanding structure definitions and sport court protections scheduled for a public hearing that day.
