Chair Ellen Marr and members Paul Grady, David Farag, and Julie Rollins interviewed MRI representatives Bob Preece and Buzz alongside Mary Flanders-Ikarty of the UMass Collins Center before polling members individually — all four chose MRI, with Rollins praising its "multi-layer checks" and regional candidate reach. The board also unanimously reaffirmed a pilot program to sell 150 out-of-town refuse transfer facility stickers at $300 each starting January 23, projecting a net gain of $51,300.
