Village Historic District Study Committee plans inaugural forum
Cohasset Village Historic District Study Committee · Meeting of February 26, 2026
Cohasset's Village Historic District Study Committee planned its inaugural public forum for February 26 to introduce the state's local historic district bylaw. Chair Woody Chittick assigned promotional-flyer distribution, while consultant Jennifer Doherty of Barrett Planning Group will give a 20-minute presentation followed by 30 minutes of public questions. Spring outreach will include a Farmer's Market booth in May, an April open house, a Town Meeting table on May 4, and town dump staffing.
The committee agreed to invite participation from the Cohasset Historic Commission, Select Board, and Planning Board.
