Affordable Housing Trust holds inventory at 10.38 percent of housing units

Cohasset housing trust's inventory holds at 337 units, 10.38 percent of town housing. At the April 1 meeting, Chair Ted Carr and members Cindy Matheison, Rob Henry, and Paul Grady, with Town Planner Cassandra Thayer, heard that 14 rental units at 1 Pleasant Street are pending state approval for addition to the Subsidized Housing Inventory. The property at 147 S Main Street remains in limbo, with a proposed foreclosure on hold as the trust awaits state guidance on whether to move forward.
