Housing trust approves prior meeting minutes in routine session

Cohasset's affordable housing inventory reaches the state-mandated 10 percent threshold, according to the town's Affordable Housing Trust. Town Planner Cassandra Thayer reported that the town's Subsidized Housing Inventory has reached 10.38 percent. The pending paperwork for 1 Pleasant Street is expected to add 14 units to the inventory once state approval is granted.
Members unanimously approved prior meeting minutes and voted to enter executive session to discuss property valuation matters related to 39 Mill Lane.
