Affordable Housing Trust approves minutes, advances property acquisitions

Cohasset Affordable Housing Trust votes to advance property acquisitions with state approval. Town Planner Cassandra Thayer reported that the Local Approval Letter for 1 Pleasant Street has been accepted by the state and sent for signature, with the Regulatory Agreement to be recorded once signatures are received. Ms.
Thayer also reported that 147 South Main Street is under agreement for sale. The Trust voted unanimously to approve prior meeting minutes and to enter executive session regarding property at 39 Mill Lane.
