Planning Board continues multifamily site review to September 2

Cohasset Planning Board defers site plan review to September 2. Jonathan M. Silverstein's application for a 36,781-square-foot multifamily complex at 132 Chief Justice Cushing Highway was continued to allow the applicant time to prepare stormwater management, drainage, and peer review documentation.
The board voted unanimously to continue the hearing. The board also opened discussion on private ways maintenance policy, noting that over 50 percent of Cohasset's roads remain privately maintained, and agreed to research the issue further for a future meeting.
