Cohasset Zoning Board approves dock permit at Black Horse Lane. Chair David McMorris, Associate Member Lee Darst, and Associate Member Leah Fernandez voted 3-0 to approve the special permit application by Michael Crowell for dock installation at 66 Black Horse Lane. The approved wooden pier structure, 4 feet wide by 30.7 feet long with a 10-foot by 20-foot seasonal float, was revised to align with existing riprap in the Gulf River per Conservation Commission requirements.

The applicant is expected to seek Conservation Commission approval at their next meeting before filing with the Department of Environmental Protection and Army Corps of Engineers.
